About

Forensics that goes where the evidence is.

MAF Labs investigates digital incidents across the cyber, VLSI, and IoT surfaces. We publish court-ready reports, brief technical and executive audiences, and train the next generation of forensics engineers through our hands-on internship programme.

MAF Labs — Train · Defend · Investigate

Mission

Make forensics rigorous, reachable, and reproducible.

Every digital incident is a story of evidence — and most stories get half-told. Stacks get acquired, but devices stay black-boxed. Reports get written, but they don't hold under cross-examination. Investigations close, but the chain of custody is too thin to defend.

We started MAF Labs to do the half of the work most teams stop short of. We pull artifacts off silicon and out of firmware, not just out of disk images. We document every extraction so the manifest is the report's spine. And we train the next cohort of investigators on real cases — not slide decks — so the field gets bigger and better at the same time.

Team

The people you'll work with.

Engineers, investigators, and educators who care about the long tail of evidence.
